It's just a stupid way to make more money. What's sad is that it gives larger corporations MORE power to crush the little smaller businesses who now have the Internet as a worldwide marketing tool. It's a bunch of crap!!! VERY stupid thing to enforce in a slow economy, both consumers and smaller to medium business will have to pay more for premium Internet. MAJOR BS!!!!!
