Never Retreat(poem)

[LIZ METAL]

I don't understand what this sea is for
I live here in this ocean of no shore
Suffercation, why am i here?
I pray to a million Gods
To creatures and things of mind
I seek the answer to long life
Looking to the past to understand my strife
No sun, yet no clouds in my sky
No dark nor light just a shade of red
All alone on this crowded planet
No one could possibly know my pain
I do know of others
This feeling makes them unreal, not there
I'm sick and tired of this fear, I don't wanna be here
So take me away, but not now
This world needs me
And I don't give up nor retreat anyhow
