I think I'll have to go for Anathema, only because I have never heard them before. Other then that, out of the ones I have heard, Blind Guardian because I don't like the vocalist that much.

empty words,if you like doomy stuff you should definetely check Anathema out...The Silent Enigma,Eternity,Alternative 4,great stuff.
As for Savatage,they are in my top-10.One of the greatest bands ever imo,and their last gig here was KILLER
