new album before tour or tour before album???

does anyone know if this tour will be in support of the forthcoming record or will the record come out mid- or post-tour???

Well... nothing is set in stone, but I'm letting you know as soon I hear confirmed things.

It's a slight bummer waiting around to find out, but it sucks when you hear something "inaccurate".
