new audio interface and soundcard

Hi,

right now I have a Behringer XENYX 502 mixing console and a 24/96 soundcard.
The thing is that I just want better sound and less latency.
Btw my monitors are rokit 5 g2.
Is this setup good ? ore can I make some inprovements in my setup.
What I am doing right now is just recording my guitar playing and fooling around with Dfh.

My budget is 500 euro.
