New bass tone (mixtest)

Hi!

I've been using regular electric guitar as bass in my mixes (cheating via pitchshifter) which was pretty bad.
Finally, I bought second hand bass guitar (Ibanez BTB400) and I'm trying to get something cool out of it.
Here's my first mix - the bass itself is way louder than it's supposed to be, but hey, it's just a test.



What do you think?

Sounds good! You can really hear how smooth the top end is when you fade out everything else, that's usually what impresses me about bass tones. What did you amp the bass with??

It's all done digital. Bass DI is split into two tracks:
-clean tone which highlights lows/subs and top mids (compression-BOD VST-EQ-multiband compression)
-overdriven tone which highlights top mids and little bit of low mids (compression-BOD VST-EZMix-EQ-multiband compression)
