new bodom song

Your band should actually become COB. You guys excel at their style of music, especially compared to them (from what I heard in the song you sent us to mix a while ago).

Oh, it's a legit song. Didn't know they were making an album.

The track listing for CHILDREN OF BODOM's Relentless Reckless Forever is as follows:

1.) Not My Funeral
2.) Shovel Knockout
3.) Roundtrip to Hell and Back
4.) Pussyfoot Miss Suicide
5.) Relentless Reckless Forever
6.) Ugly
7.) Cry of the Nihilist
8.) Was It Worth It?
9.) Northpole Throwdown
Bonus track: Party All the Time (Eddie Murphy cover)

The first single and video from Relentless Reckless Forever is "Was it Worth It?". "The single is a total party song", said Laiho. "It's not your typical Bodom sound, but it's one of my favorites and heavy as hell."

A high resolution trailer clip of the video - directed by Dale Resteghini and featuring two-time X Games gold medalist and two-time Thrasher Magazine "Skater of the Year" Chris Cole as well as noted pro skaters Jamie Thomas and Tom Asta (the current #1 Amateur skateboarder in the world) - can be viewed now at the album's promo website:

I really just don't get it anymore. What is up with these guys?? It's very depressing. can we petition every good band to stay as far away from the US as possible??

I haven't been a fan of anything past Follow The Reaper. It's a shame.

Not even Hate Crew. Even when I first heard it, I knew they were gravitating toward a more "americanized" sound and it bummed me out. Any of the melodic tracks on it just sounded like they were trying to emulate their own sound lol if that makes sense

and that's what this sounds like too.

Well, if you ask me the reason why this sounds like shit is not 100% in the band:

Producers on Bodoms records:
- Something Wild, Anssi Kippo & COB
- Hatebreeder, Anssi Kippo
- Follow The Reaper, Peter Tägtgren
- Hatecrew Death Roll, Mikko Karmila
- Are You Dead Yet, Mikko Karmila & Anssi Kippo
- Blooddrunk, Mikko Karmila & Peter Tängtgren
- Relentless Reckless Forever, Matt Hyde

You just can't get the Scandinavian metal sound with an American producer

Didn't Anssi produce and record HCDR too?

HCDR was top shit for me... the best album they made...everything after that was just rubbish...

I actually love Are You Dead Yet? and HCDR.
Their covers album was crap. Blooddrunk sucked too...

I think the guitar tone on this song would sound better if it had halfway decent sounding drums... lolololol.
