I've really liked her past two albums - Love Me In Black and Call Of The Wild.

This new album apparently went straight to #18 in the German charts, which ain't shabby.

The song itself sound pretty heavy, but it's nothing speical really.

She normally doesn't sound as rough as she does during the chorus of this song.

I haven't heard any of her stuff since she was in Warlock - whatever album it was that had that song on it. "All We Are", that's it!

That's how that song went. They had another song called "East Meets West" and it went a little something like this:

When east meets west, there's gonna be one hell of a mess.

And they had another song called "Fur Immer", but it was in German and I can't remember how it went.

Nice vocals. Some of the better female vocals I have heard in metal. Nice and heavy too, but the song doesn't do that much for me. Whats their other stuff like Sydo??

A lot like that I suppose, but usually 'catchier'. She's also always got a heap of ballads on her albums too.. which unless you're Spiff, is not a good thing.

Doro would be in her late 40's I'm guessing.

I too sometimes feel the urge to listen to ballads.
Call Of The Wild is an awesome album (even with the Ballads) Al Pitrelli, Slash, Eric Singer and Lemmy all guest on it too.
