i go to little vinnie's tattoo's in finksburg, maryland. they guywho does my woirk, chris, is a fantastic artist and very talented with a needle. overall, the entire place is awesome, well-kept, clean, sanitary, and they are all very cool people.

i strongly recommended them to anyone in the area or those who are willing to travel to them.
