My fave German expression Zwei Bier Bitte (not sure on the spelling though) but it gets results :Spin:

I've a few German friends so went back to College of an evening to do a German GCSE ... what a bad idea that was ..it's bloody hard so i'll have to make do with a few phrases i've picked up and remain to be embarrased at how good their English is

Now, if i'm not mistaken, the correct way of asking for that would actually be "Zweimal bier, bitte", as you're asking for food/drink type products. But then again i'm hardly fluent in English, let alone anyone else's language...

Well i've always ended up with 2 beers mate so i don't think there is a problem with it It's all a grammar thing
