NEW JOKER

Yeah, I prefer the new Batman series simply because I'm a fan of the "Dark Knight," sort of the Clint Eastwood-esque Batman. His costume fucking ruled in that series as well.

Oh, Oh, I bet I know how the Joker came to be... well, in the context of the new films :O

scarecrow's drugs made him a looney?

I have a feeling thats going to be the main background for any future happenings in the upcoming films

and my reason for thinking the joker pic is a fake> I really doubt they're that far into production of the new one now, where they have a definite costume/look setup and ready to go. ... Plus I've seen the same pic elsewhere, without the WB/2008, which was surely photoshopped on as a tease. But I suppose it is possible....

Maybe its really raz... or the older crimelord guy... >_> (thanks to marksveld for that theory)

***EDIT***

honestly though, that would make it a bit predictable and boring.

Ra's = the joker would be one of the worst possible scenarios that could happen. :yuk:

seriously, if that happened, I would hope adam west would rise from the grave and rape in the anus the man who penned that script.

edit: not to mention any hope of keeping fans of the comics interested would be blown completely away

Batman Fights Joker Next?

May 10, 2005 - Batman Begins screenwriter David Goyer was surprisingly candid about plans for future Bat-sequels in an interview that appears in the latest issue of Premiere Magazine, according to Empire Online.

Essentially confirming longtime Web rumors, Goyer is said to have advised the mag, "The next one would have Batman enlisting the aid of [Jim] Gordon and [D.A. Harvey] Dent in bringing down the Joker... but not killing him, which is a mistake they made in the first one. ... In the third, the Joker would go on trial, scarring Dent in the process" and thus creating Two-Face.
