New Judas Priest song online

well it is the track they picked to be the radiohit..... so don't give up , the album might be good!

I'm listening to it right now and I think it rocks. It's not like priest was a non-commercial band. They have had plenty of anthem-type radio friendly songs in the past, and I personally like this one!

Come on, you're not gonna tell me that songs like 'Breaking the Law', 'You've Got Another Thing Coming' or 'Living After Midnight' were commercial, anthem-type songs are you? :Spin:

Judas Priest are nothing but lame-ass sellouts... :loco:

Judas Priest although once great may never see it's glory days again. I grew up on priest and know there catalog like the back of my hand. The early suff( victim of changes, before the dawn, the ripper) is quite remarkable given the time and what everyone else was doing. Then there was "you got another thing coming". No doubt there biggest commercial song, however my least favorite song ever. Then came painkiller. I am sorry, if you the amazing (scott Travis ) intro to painkiller doesn't get your fire going then all I can say is that your wood is soaked. JP scored big with that album in my eyes. Based on the revolution track I would have to say that JP has seen it's better days. I say this with sadness. I hope i'm wrong.

It's one song and it's the song they picked for radio play. I am not blown away by it but I am not disappointed either. I do hear a bit of Stained Class era Priest in there which I hope there will be more of on the album. Everyone is saying it will be like British Steel or Screaming For Vengeance meets Painkiller. Well this song to me is like Stained Class meets British Steel ala "United". I hope when the album comes out it will be like Stained Class meets Painkiller.

thats not bad. not bad at all... commercial. so what?
Exactly! We all wanted it and we all got it. Halford back with Priest! I'm just happy he's back. Anything with Priest now is magic. Come on, naysayers. Lighten up. We bitched when he was gone and some are bitching about the stuff with him back. Anything with this lineup is still better than a lot of the mediocre shit out there now!

I like the song, it's the lack of solos that I don't like. Where is Tiptons fretwork and KKs screaming solos?? I hope that this is just a radio friendly song and the rest of the album smokes!
It is a single, so it may have been chopped up for radio. I still like it and will be buying this cd the day it comes out!

Ummmmmmmmm....sounds like...............Rob/Rip Priest with a heap of Zep and Fight to taste.
Not the best I have heard from them but.....certainly will not stop me from buying the album and seeing the show.

Someone told me that there are rumors going around that Judas Priest, Metallica, Iron Maiden are all getting calls from Sharon to do OzzFest this year. Along with Black Sabbath of course...

I really don't think I would go to this... Maybe just for JP, maybe... Iron Maiden's last album wasn't that great, Metallica has turned into a circus joke, and Sabbath well, how about throwing in some DIO era stuff!!!!
