New Megadeth song online

Solos are awesome but the song itself doesn't quite cut it for me. Hope the rest of the album turns out better.

I found it. I am also a retard apparently.

The song does sound pretty cool, not jaw dropping, but not bad. I will have to see how the rest of CD turns out.

Ok, I found what you guys are talking about. I'm guessing you're referring to "Public Enemy No. 1"? This isn't necessarily a new song... it's been out for a few weeks. haha

I can't really say what I think until I hear the whole album. It worries me that Jr. said this album has more melodic moments and isn't all thrash like RIP. Personally, I thought RIP has a ton of melodic moments. I'm almost thinking he's elluding to the fact that this may be another "cryptic writings" or "The World Needs A Hero" type of album. I guess it's good that the singles don't sound like anything off of Risk like "crush 'em" or something.

Could be called Return to Return to Hangar :)
I like the song tho.
Reminds me of "The WorldNeeds a Hero" sound/production wise.

I must admit it has grown on me after a few listens now. But I do favor the style of their previous record more.

"Black Swan" was a bonus track on their United Abominations album. I think it's kinda funny they're recycling it on a new album as a main track; but then again, Dave has done this before from one album to another with albums like Countdown..., Youthanasia, Cryptic.

Edit: and the audio from the youtube video you posted is from the United Abominations version. Totally sounds sneap. I doubt they will keep that version on the album as it won't sound consistent with the rest of the non-sneap mixed tracks. So i'm assuming the version on the new album won't sound as good. :p

I'm wondering why Dave didn't keep with the theme of the title and alter their logo for this album. M3G4D37H! So gay.
