The intro isn't so bad, it could lead into something good.

Lars' drumming is the suxxorz.

Kirk's playing sounds sloppy.

James' vocals sound like they're lifted directly off the "Load" album.. that's not good.

It sounds like it wants to be thrash but can't get beyond radio-friendly alternative hard rock.

eh, i think its a lot better than st anger or load. I might actually download the album when it comes out. probably won't be worth buying though.

I actually bought Load and ReLoad hoping I'd grow to like em. And I did.... some songs anyway... but after those disappointments, It'll take a LOT to get me to buy another new Metallica.

Even the black album isn't my favorite by any means. Lightning, Puppets, and Justice were the best.
