Hi guys,

I'm playing with the idea of finding someone to pay to master our stuff for us. The link is to the latest demo of my band.

I did all the mixing and "mastering" if you want to actually call it that. I just threw a general single band compressor and maximizer from Ozone onto it.
But is my mix good enough to send off to a pro? From this forum, it looks like I can have Joey master for $50 bucks a song, but I want to make sure I'm sending something that is good.

I hate the bass tone that I've been able to capture while recording. So any help/guidance there would be great. The bass was DI into my UX2 into Logic Pro. I've only really been mixing/recording on and off for a couple years and don't have a ton of time to dedicate to it. Normally a couple hours a week or so, if that. Still thinking of dishing out the cash and hitting a studio, but will still need a mastering service after that as well.

Specifics on the mix:
Guitars:
HD500 -> Logic Pro X
LePou Cab impulse response

Drums:
MIDI file generated from drummer's eKit.
Triggered in Fruity Loops 8 with Superior Drummer 2

Bass:
UX2 -> Logic Pro X
Thoughts on the mix?

Thanks in advance!
