Sounds like your kick is distorted. I've tried Slate FGX and i had the same problem that it got distorted :/

As Gujukal said, the kick is doing something with the mix. like it is distorted, the mix sounds pretty good but if you only fix that. how did you get the guitar so clean ?

If I were you, I wouldn't master with ozone. It tends to destroy sound quality more than anything, in my experience. Guitars are very 'honky', cutting out some high-mids could help with that.
