To me the guitars sound good but a bit messy/boomy. Is there bass in there ? Did you quadtrack or dualtrack ?

no bass its quadtracked i think i have panning problems with my soundcard when i pan hard left a track i hear alittle of it in my right speaker
im using an audigy soundcard which is crap i know uke:

I don't know how you recorded those guitar (miked cab ? amped sim ? ...) but they're a tad too boomy IMO. Roll back the bass EQ knob on your amp a bit, and use a HP around 70/80Hz on the guitar tracks in your DAW.

Then it doesn't sound so tight. Try to rerecord the guitars tighter, or just dual track them.

About the panning problems i don't know...

When you've achieved a good sounding and clear guitar sound (not boomy like now), throw some bass in there !!!

its with impulses out of my laney gh50 im going to roll down the bass knob and see what happens.......... thanks for your input!
