i would use it if it was 1280x1024...

how come all digital artists only use 800x600? what's up with that?

Most digital artists use at least 1024x768, mainly 1600x1200 or 1280x1024. Where did you get 800x600 from? It makes for a shitty quality environment to design in, that's for sure.

Maybe they just resize the image to what is still the most used resolution on the web. I don't know

actually, there was a link here to a web site where there was pictures of the last Montreal concert (in January), and I took the picrure, I used for my CD, there. i just re-worked it a little...

maybe you can find the link somewhere on this board, or i can send it to you...

You guys heard of Wallpaper Changer? If you have a whole bunch of backgrounds and you can't choose which ones to use, just use 'em all. I have about 100+ backgrounds in a big directory and I set it to change them every half hour. It works great.
