New Rock Song !

so my buddy decided to write and a rock song
kinda Crooked Vultures Esq ....
he played the drums,bass and guitars..


please tell me what you guys think !!
i would really like to improve my overall sound .. with your guys' advice of coarse

Bass is overbearing, kicks got a strange low end smack, snare sounds a bit scooped/hollow with a strange reverb
guitars are a bit honky but they work I guess, only need a little tweaking
and I think its clipping at times...
if you fix that up it will be quite solid !

i will definately look into everything you mentioned and post it back up...
i have been trying to work on my low end bass , but apparrently i over did it ..

and for the guitars ,, how would i go by making them less "honky"
