Sounds cool man. Thought it was going to be a really beefy radio rock kinda track for a bit then it turned into a progressive kinda thing. Really cool!

The 2nd mix was far better imo, everything seemed to be more cohesive. The only thing I might suggest would be bring the rhythm guitars down, just a db or 2 and see if the mix feels better. It feels like the drums are back a little in the mix, not much but maybe just a hair.

I'm liking the groove of the song though, very cool

Wow. Very impressive dude. I liked this a lot, it just needs some vocals Good writing and nice riffing. My only complaint is that the guitar tone seems a bit thin in the upper-mids. It sounds like your amp didn't quite have enough (post?) gain. But that's honestly my only complaint.

thanks for the comments gang. The snare sounds little distant in the mix, but i kinda like how it sounded so i didn't mess with it since this was an old song and i wasn't feeling to work on it any longer. I'm not 100% happy with the guitars, I'm blaming old strings and my playing style for that so lessons learned.
