I'm agree with you Kev, I guess it's even the kick on double bass drumming that adds too much low end rumble.
I gotta automate the hipassing the kick on fast parts and brightening a bit the toms!

Sound cool but the guitars may be a little too much "in your face" dry. They kind of feel out of place, at least for me.

yeah I had a problem with the DI's the guitarist gave me, it already clipped on certain spots so I guess that's where the fuzz come from.
This was underpaid job so I didn't want him to retrack stuff.
