There is djenting, yes, but I'd call it groove metal, personally, as 'djent' isn't a music genre. At any rate it's a pretty sweet song. Too bad the album got leaked a couple weeks ago.

That's where I read that Volumes is djent. It also got the usual djent sound you know?
Not very much low end in the guitars etc. Anyways, I don't really understand why it is called "djent" , because I am german and I don't understand how that word is pronounced in english.
If i speak the word it doesn't really sound like a guitar.

Notice how the article says [citation needed] on almost every point. Djent is pronounced 'jent', like 'gentleman'. Djent is a kind of sound, a combination of amp/EQ settings to emphasize staccato picking and palm mutes, it's not exactly a genre by itself. I don't know who came up with the word, but I guess that's as phonetically close as they could get.
