Hi, guys! This is the first time I took a mic and sound card to make my first cover. I started with one of my favorite songs. The backingtrack (drums+bass) was downloaded in MP3. I know that I made a lot of mistakes but first I'm interested in my guitar tone! Can you tell me please if I'm on the right way, because in my small country I can not meet people that can give me objective comments. Sorry for my English!

ESP Mii Usa -> Screamer -> 5150 -> Mesa Rectifier 2x12 -> SM57 -> Focusrite 2i2

I added a Krankenstein -

Pretty decent overall man.
Guitar needs a bit more high end it feels like, to give it a little more bite and presence. Other parts need fixing but I guess if you downloaded the drums/bass straight as mp3 then there's nothing you can do about those lol

Thank you very very much. I will record 2 more guitars to add high end!

The second one with quad tracks sounds really good! Edit the sloppy playing and you'll get a different feel and attack tone when the peaks match better. That'll allow you to judge your tone more objective.

Thank you very much!) Спасибо большое можно и по-русски!:lol:
