Part of me thinks that it has to do with Charlie's touring schedule with Pantera, as I'm sure that's a far more lucrative gig than Anthrax. Although, I'm sure they could use John Dette, Gene Hoglan, Jason Bittner, etc. to help promote the album if Charlie is not available like they have in the past.

Joey's work is done now. I love their cover of into the void, I wish they put it on the album or a b-side
