From promoter Glenn Harveston via official ProgPower USA Facebook page:
"... The Night Flight Orchestra have canceled their festival performance. Their statement follows:
This is undoubtedly the most bitter and disappointing cancellation of my career. I looked forward to their performance just as much as anyone attending this year. In the interest of full transparency, I was never involved or contracted to handle their visa application as their appearance was never confirmed as exclusive. However, once I was made aware of their dire situation very recently, I offered to take over the visa application immediately, coordinate all efforts, and expedite the application while taking the personal financial loss quietly. However, recent events at the Swedish consul (including delays with Eleine's approved visas), along with other potential hurdles in the application process, meant success would not be guaranteed regardless of time, money, and effort spent from both parties. It was a risk the band's management stated they could not take.
Their replacement is already confirmed and will be announced soon. Expect it to mirror my mood.

"... The Night Flight Orchestra have canceled their festival performance. Their statement follows:
We are deeply saddened to announce that, due to unforeseen visa issues beyond our control, The Night Flight Orchestra will not be able to perform at ProgPower USA this year.
We were truly looking forward to being part of this amazing festival and sharing our music with all of you in the US. Despite all efforts and preparations, the necessary travel documents cannot not be processed in time, and this unfortunate situation has left us with no choice but to cancel our appearance.
We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the ProgPower team for their understanding and professionalism, and above all, to our fans — your support means the world to us. Rest assured, we are already working on plans to return to the US, and we hope to see you all very soon.
With love and gratitude,
The Night Flight Orchestra
