Anyone own one or played one? There are maybe 2 Orca's available in the uk at the mo and they are a long way from me so not easy to demo. By all accounts they are about as good as a guitar can be but that quality comes at a price.

Nik Huber Guitars are superior guitars, i own 2 of them, i have a Krautster I and a Dolphin, would also love to own a Orca 59
those arent cheap but worth every penny..
i have played an orca once and totally felt in love for it..what you basically can say is that all nik huber guitars i have played felt very similar in kind of tone culture and handling, and i mean that in the most positive way.
even the less expensive guitars like junior and krautster does have that special Nik Huber sound and feeling.

and if you are not going to purchase those orcas that are available in the uk, do you want to send me a pm of where to get them, as i might be interstest ;)

btw, i currently have a nik huber krautster I on sale here:

PM'd. I am just trying to get my head around spec to try and keep pricing as reasonable as possible ;) I would like the semi gloss, aged hardware, burst finish. Mahogany with plainish maple top but I do like the neck wood on your Krauster, it looks pretty sweet on the Orca's too. I dig this seven string as well http://www.guitars-shop.de/product_info.php/products_id/457
If only money were no object.
