I walked past Crown Casino on my way to work this morning and saw a couple of Noiseworks signs up. So, I checked on ticketek.com.au and found this:

"Australian rock sensation, Noiseworks, return to the stage!

 Australian rock-icon band Noiseworks reform for a national tour. Noiseworks have reformed to return to the stage and to rock hard. The line up includes original founders, Jon Stevens, Steve Balbi, Stuart Fraser, Kevin Nicol, and introduces Scott Aplin.

Noiseworks still carry a large following today and their shows are some of the best that Australian live rock could nurture."

On that note, The Acacia Ridge pub has been getting some name type acts recently, I wonder what's happening there, it is bloody awesome though

The shows down here are with the Choirboys. Dunno about Hoodoo Gurus. They could be playing with them elsewhere for all I know. HG are a rocking band, mattt. Dunno why you don't like them. :)
 
I'm wrong, don't mind me. Hoodoo Gurus are playing Acacia Ridge Hotel w/ Radio Birdman and the Stems. I just saw Acacia Ridge and thought that Noiseworks might be on that bill as well.

I've seen those Noiseworks ads at Crown every morning when I park there to go to work, thinkin I might go to one of those shows too...
 
You should! My dilemma is the shows are likely to coincide with the first week of the finals, and St Kilda could well be playing one of those nights, but I won't know until that week. What to do eh? Depends what time they go onstage. I'd like to go to both shows.
 
Yeah he's still alive! I saw him in person a couple of weeks ago, so I can confirm that it's not someone posing as him online.
