Myr, a new force in black metal, have unleashed their new single, “Saturnine Child,” and announced their debut album, Helvegen, set for release on June 20, 2025.

Helvegen is the creation of Svartan and TZommer, two seasoned figures from the metal community. Myr delivers a sound that is both raw and melodic, drawing deeply from the wellspring of Scandinavian legends and the traditions of Northern black metal.
Based in Norway, Myr is more than just a band; it’s an immersive experience into the dark and untamed spirit of Northern black metal. “Helvegen” is a haunting exploration of mysticism and darkness, invoking the brutal intensity of the Nordic wilderness.
