Mastodon is far better than dece (though clearly not the video). What could possibly be for a metal quasi-concept album than a story that deals with revenge, insanity, and violence the way Moby Dick does? I think its a really good idea and produced a bunch of great songs. I think that the video wouldn't have been quite as bad if the song hadn't been so clearly about Moby Dick, the video was made even more awful becuase it was clearly in no way connected to the subject matter of the video.
