not to make two clown threads in one week, but...mastodon, wtg

the SYL vid I like...for the evil dead references and how low budget it is.
I don't like how they vut up the song so much for video use.

the DEP vid is kinda dumb if you are talking setting fire...

the panasonic youth one was cool.

I'm listening to DevLab right now...I' not sure how I feel about it.

Just out of curiosity, what would be an example of a great metal video? ... you know ... one that wasn't 'great' only for its kitsch value and unintentional hilarity? (I think "The Loss and Curse of Reverence" is obviously super!)

I've yet to see a metal video along the lines one of those high-art computer graphic paper figure cutout dreamscapey videos that are so prevalent among indie rock videos. That would be neat.

Mastodon the best band in metal? Maybe the best current metalcore band. And personally, I'm fond of that video by Sentenced with the old man and his dog. Sentenced might be horrible, but whoever did a good job on the video.

Also, One by Metallica.

I love that Sentenced video. And the band...

Metaphorically speaking, this is a mass suicide of 5, and the new album is the kind of note we want to leave behind. One last time around for good-byes.

Everybody hates [font=Verdana, geneva, arial]Sean Killian's voice but I think he was an awesome thrash metal singer.
