Everytime I record something to a click, ill nail it then when I play it back its well out of time. Its not just me, it happens everytime I record, it did help when I cleared the audio pool out but its still doing it slightly and its really annoying to say the least!! :heh::heh:

Anybody ever had similar issues? Im guessing its some buffer setting or something

Are you using the asio driver of your souncard?

Yes I am however my "duplex asio" has dissapeared off my list recently. Im sure its got something to do with this relation, I can track perfectly fine within Sonar.

Edit: Ive been using the "multimedia asio", just switched to the Saffire Asio and the latency has gone right down. Maybe that will have made the difference for in future.

I was always using the low latency full duplex asio until it randomly fucked off somewhere haha.

Fingers crossed :P

GAHH, 13.6?! That's unbearable, I have my Mackie Onyx Satellite at 2.9 ms (128 samples), all I can say is you should use the utility of your Saffire to adjust latency (rather than in your DAW) and disabling wireless networking (or unplugging the LAN cable) will reduce clicks/pops when you drop the latency. You should EASILY be able to have it at at least 256 samples (~5 ms), hell, I can do that on my MBOX2 :ill:

I was running at 750ms at one point haha, yeah ill adjust futher from the Saffy interface and have a tamper about :)

yes 13.6 is to much!
If you are in a pc, you must set the same buffer on nuendo and audio card control pannel, and set the safire asio driver in nuendo.
If you have again problems, try to reinstall the drivers of your sound card.....
