- finally 3 extra songs
- at the end they played the last song

From what I remember - in no particular order, it went something like this (in Berlin) -
Motorcycle Man-this was the first song, I can remember that much
Wheels of Steel, Princess of the Night, Denim and Leather, Suzy hold on, Crusader, Redline, And the bands played on (didn't play that in Hamburg),The Eagle has landed, Dallas 1pm, 747, Strong arm of the law... I think Heavy Metal Thunder was the last song...can't think what else they did...Paxoman will fill you in on the rest

It was a fantastic gig, as usual, and they played for two hours, so there must be a lot of songs I've missed off!

one song not listed here is - to hell and back again - they played in Bochum

fantastic gig, but the location was to small.
Never saw Saxon playing in such a small location, I can't understand why

You want me to remember the setlist? I was so pissed that when we got back to the hotel I fell in the bath!

Anyway, apart from the above, from what I remember Saxon played 'To Hell And Back Again', 'Stallions Of The Highway', something off Denim & Leather either 'Midnight Rider' or 'Out Of Control' (I can't remember which one it was but I'm sure it was one of them!), 'Frozen Rainbow', 'Stand Up And Be Counted' (can't believe they didn't play 'See The Light Shining'!), and probably a lot more! You will have to ask someone who wasn't pissed! But Saxon did start with 'Motorcycle Man' and finish with 'Heavy Metal Thunder'. I didn't think I was that bad until the bath incident! Oh, and we also got one of Nigels drum sticks! We were front row against the barrier, right in the middle. It was a great great night!

That's when you really know you've had a fantastic night, when you're totally bladdered and end up in the bath. That's only happened to me once and I wasn't even that pissed. At a party and was coming out the toilet, when this guy who was absolutely wrecked, he tried to get in while I was trying to get out and he sort of staggered forward and grabbed onto me and for some strange reason both of us ended up in the bath!!!!!!!

PS Sammi can you not control that man of yours, imagine you letting poor Paxoman get into such a state. Shame on you lol!!!!

He didn't seem that bad in the gig and pub afterwards - it must have been the fresh air that did it

It was so funny...he went in the bathroom for a pee, and I heard all this banging about - so I asked if he was ok - no answer - so I went in, thinking he'd collapsed and hurt himself...and there he was, sat in the bath wearing nothing but his boxers and a smile!! lol Well, we both just set off laughing, and I tried to help him out, but we were laughing that much, I just had to leave him there and go and calm myself down! I eventually got him out of there after about half an hour!! How he ended up in there is still a mystery...the toilet was on the other side of the bathroom!!

And yes Saxon definitely did play 'The Power And The Glory'.
