Back in 93, I heard Benante compare John Bush's voice to Layne Staley's. I think a twisted scenario would be that John Bush joins a reunited Alice in Chains for the summer while Anthrax tour with Belladonna.

Some vocals especially at SOWN do resemble Staley.

go pick up damageplans cd,he can sing but its his first time taking that role fulltime,he is one hell of a guitar player,with all the people and contacts the brother had i thought they could have got someone so much better.

as for damageplan going on i think about 6 guitar tracks were finshed,i would hate it if the band didnt do it justice.
