O/T...Missing dog

This sux. I know if it had been my dog, I would be mad and trying anything to get my dog back. I also know this isn't something normally associated with a metal board, but many of you out there have to have pets.

Yeah this would suck. My dogs are like our third and fourth kids to my wife and I. Except that the dogs are more spoiled than the kids...

I know. They're part of the family. And that's just wrong to deny that back to the person.

I wouldn't be able to live with myself knowing the rightful owner wanted their dog back. The adoptive family didn't have the dog for a long time, it hadn't even gone home with them yet. The right thing to do would have been to have the little girl pick out another dog and let the owners have it back. I hope they win in court. Unfortunately, while waiting for this to be settled, the dog is seperated from it's owners for a longer period of time and the little girl becomes more attached to the dog. Now the adoptive family is going to break her heart when they have to give up the dog. They should have just been decent people to begin with.
