O/T What a surprise!

I also think it is funny that Kevin Federline counter-filed court papers Wednesday seeking sole custody of the couple's two children and seeking spousal support...

"Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals," said Michael Sands, spokesman for Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan.

What a joke...neither one are good parents but there should be no judge out there that would even consider giving this guy sole custody of those two little boys...

Doesn't he have other kids out there that he just up and left? That's what I thought I heared anyway.

I'm sure his lawyers will drag out the video tapes of her driving with no child-seat. I remember when I was a kid, there were no child seats. if your parents hit the brakes...you hit the windsheild! No big deal!

My dad had cars when I was little that didn't even have seat belts, and I know several people that used to crawl up into the back window and drive around like that. Hell, I used to lay flat on the backseat and try to figure out where we were and where were headed based on the movements and the changes in scenery (trees look different that way). I also never knew anyone who wore a bike helmet, either.
