Dallas is a fucking joke!!!!! I don't know how they can justify keeping Romo for another year.. I mean this loss isn't on Phillips, Owens or anyone else, he holds the ball like he doesn't care and his post game comments were even worse.. I mean I guess if you're going home to Jessica Simpson every night nothing seems as bad as it is but he basically shrugged his shoulders at this loss. The fact that the so-called "experts" were calling him a top tier QB (Key word here being WERE) isn't his fault, but believing his own hype is all on him.

He is a backup QB at best.. I mean hell Matt Cassel is better than Romo.

The Cowboy's short term future looks like this.. They will fire Wade Phillips then promote Jason Garrett to keep him from leaving and dump all the Romo, T.O. drama on him. They simply have too much talent to be where they are......If you're a Cowboys fan it's time to wake up and realize that Romo must go!!!

As for the Super Bowl....I'm eyeing Titans or Ravens -vs- Panthers

T-Man....sorry your prediction did not come true. I can't believe you despise the Cowboys as much as you do (ok, maybe I get it)! Anyways the Pats stayed at home (even though being 11-5 and not making it SUX!), like the Cowgirls but give TR a break. Peyton Manning took 92 starts to win the SB....not all are as good (or lucky?) as Brady. Romo has a big downside (picks/fumbles/ill-advised throws) but he is only going to be a third year starter next year! That being said, did you notice his pressure/sacks stats? About 40% of them came in Decmber when he could ill afford them. I am a Dallas fan, and try to be reasonable. He is Not great, but he does not SUCK, like you think. His O-line let him down a lot in December and their "D" did not show up. Hate on the Cowboys but put the venom where it's due: management and coaching. Romo may never be half as good as Brady, Montana or Aikman, but it's a team effort. Romo is young and hopefully will learn; I guess we will see. That being said I hope it's a Cards-Baltimore SB, with the Cards winning.

I don't despise the Cowboys at all!! I despise overrated prima donnas and braindead owners!! Sometimes I am just all too brutally honest, but that's just me.. Maybe you're just blinded as a fan but Romo is fucking horrible!!!
There is no other option!!! This is Quincy Carter all over again.. JJ picked Carter and even though he sucked forced him on the coaching staff as the starter.....Didn't work out too well as I remember!?! Same thing here...JJ wants to be the owner/GM and is trying so hard to find a diamond in the rough so he can get noticed as a legitimate GM instead of a meddlesome owner. Guess what....Not happening.. Dallas was one player shy of the playoffs and quite possibly a Super Bowl this year....Guess which position.

Although I HATE T.O. the dude stays in outstanding shape and comes to play week after week, Witten is a top 5 TE in the league.. Roy Williams will be the compliment to Owens he was brought in to be IF the QB can distribute the ball.. Marion Barber is a very good back!! Maybe if the owner can shut his mouth and not insult the guy he will stay..

Pacman was a retarded move but that aside...They have a decent defense which is more than capable of making big plays week after week!!! Hell, there isn't a team in the league who doesn't want Demarcus Ware on their team.

So dude all I am saying is don't confuse my honesty as me despising a team..There are only a few teams I truly hate.....

OK TMan, you are right, JJ is starting to look more and more like Al Davis. Scary as a longtime fan. And 12 years without a playoff win has me a little desperate. TR needs to grow and stop trying to win the games by himself. He needs to not emulate Favre. Is he the answer? Don't know, but after Bledsoe, Testaverde, Carter, Hutchinson , Ryan Leaf (!), Randall Cunningham and Henson I think you may understand why I have not given up on him yet. You have to admit The Dallas cowboys are media favorites (both winning & losing) and JJ loves the hype & drama. Myself I even get sick of all the attention. Screw me, I just want them to win a playoff game!!! Oh well. maybe next year. If TR does not cut down on his bad plays I just may come over to your opinion on him. I will cut him some slack in '09 and see what changes are made (if any).

I just wanted to make sure that you know I am not hating on you or the Cowboys.. I like reading your posts, you're a smart football dude!

They say most positions in the NFL don't really gell till season 3.. So dude I am with you in hoping that Romo can turn it around.... No disrespect was meant towards you in any of my posts..

Sad truth is there was very high expectations for Henson whos talent somehow mysteriously vanished after his short baseball career...If he was available and you're a team in need of a QB (Like say the 49ers) I would sign him for the league minimum and make him a backup for a while and see if he can regain his form...He was a beast in college.

I was bagging on the Raiders for a while and Thraxx thought I was screwing with him too.. But like Dallas I don't hate Oakland...Just their owner

No big whoop. I just want to give TR a fair shot. Aikman stunk his 1st year, and got progressively better....I wish I would see the same with TR. Team records are one thing, but winning when it counts, is most important. That being said, I really don't hate any team (except GB a bit....cuz I live near there and the fans get on my nerves). I really had high hopes for Henson as well. And I can tell you when they benched Bledsoe in favor of TR I didn't have much hope but he has been a spark that they haven't had in a long time. As far as TO goes, I hear what you are saying. I want to let him play for Dallas this year.....and see what happens. If Williams doesn't come on strong I will be 1) disapointed 2) pissed and 3) angry. I guess 2009 could be a watershed year for the 'Boys. In the NFL there isn't a lot of time. Dallas has a lot of talent but I do not think it is being motivated/utilized properly. JJ needs to step down as GM.

I will be interested to see how Brady does next year. I really think Cassel could be the starter.....but if TB is healthy I would expect him to be the starter......but tellme why he feels the need to marry Bundchen? Man, just like Romo why settle for one hot chick?

The rumor mill is swirling here with stories that the infection he got post op has gotten progressively worse and more off season surgery will be necessary... Obviously I am hoping these reports are bad, but the fact that they are talking about putting the tag on Cassel doesn't look promising.

Off topic... This Super Bowl is going to SUCK!!!!! I can't believe the Eagles let one guy beat them!!!! I am no Steelers fan!!! But I am a realist and if Fitzgerald even looks like the ball is coming his way he's going to get whacked hard!!
