Making a burger for lunch....
Step 1. Mix 1/3 pound of Coleman's Natural Angus ground beef with some sea salt, fresh ground black pepper and a bit of garlic powder and form a nice even patty.
Step 2. Fry said patty on medium high heat until the juices run, then flip and repeat.
Step 3. A big slice of sharp cheddar, then cover allowing the cheese to melt and the meat to cook all the way ( unlike steaks, burgers are not good when undercooked)
Step 4. Grill bun and dress with Boar's Head deli mustard and organic ketchup
Step 5. Consume the end product with glee.
