I doubt we have the same guy though, his name is Dan. The other guy I know that I don't really keep in contact with much is named Britt.

I really wish he had taken a pic of the headstock though because from what he described it will be horrible.

Gibson has been trying to compete with flashier/tackier looking guitars from Dean, BC Rich, ESP, Schecter, etc. these last couple of years. I always thought they were a boring company, but now they're going too far in the opposite direction and trying to overcompensate.
