If i believe correctly its because of licencing rights to the songs from Ghost Reveries or something like that. Roadrunner wouldn't allow songs they financed to be on the release of another label or something along those lines. I remember someone mentioned it here a few months ago. Might have been Mike himself.

The irony here is fantastic. His 'moaning' (which I wouldn't even call it) spurred 2 pages of much more ridculous moaning. Why do people care?!? Oh no. His opinion is different to your own.

And despite getting some facts wrong, it wasn't a badly written review, nor did he slag of the band. In fact he seems to be a fan; he just doesn't appreciate live albums. Which I can understand. I won't be buying this. Definitely looking forward to the DVD though.

And was "Lamentations" ever released as a standalone CD? IIRC, it was put out as part of that Opeth boxed set. Hardly two live albums in a row.
