Seven Witches - Passage to the Other Side. My favorite 2003 disc and it just keeps getting better! Another fine one is Cage's Darker Than Black. Really heavy power/trad metal with awesome vocals by Sean Peck.
If you enjoy Painkiller (well... who doesn't?), you'll probably dig both of these albums.

That Manticora one is pretty good too, although the singer isn't really top-notch. He's not complete shit, but his voice is just so damn monotone. Cantos is an awesome song though.
