actually no.. at least not for me.. since Brazil is a fukkin huge country and we have some unbelivable traffic over net, some sites such as Megaupload puts up some traffic limits and 'slots' .. so i mostly NEVER can use it... since it says all slots for brazillian users is taken.. i must get to be a premium member or try again later...
