I've been a metal head since before it was called metal. Maybe the defining moment for me was standing right in front of the stage when Led Zep played the Boston Tea Party in 1969, or maybe it goes back to hearing Purple Haze on AM radio. I dunno. Anyway, unlike some of my peers who are listening to "classic rock radio", I like new stuff. These days, that would be Opeth, Mastodon, Lamb of God, A7X, etc.

So, greeting from a child of the silly sixties. I hope to have some fun in this forum.
