I was a HUGE Transformers fan as a kid.
I completely agree with that guy. I have always hated that movie for the reasons he mentioned. People always say how great that movie is and I always go off on my own personal rant about it. The Transformers pretty much sucked from that point on.

I remember actually seeing this movie in the theaters!
I actually didn't think it was that bad, in fact it was a little refreashing to see new charactors being introduced. Plus Leonard Nimoy as Galvatron kicked ass! The death of Optimus Prime was devastating to me as a kid though, so I can see how that part of the movie could be emotionally scaring.
