One more Lamentations Q

Okay, I obtained one of the Region 0 (NTSC) in digipak copies..
It has no LFE (sub) channel on either DD or DTS tracks..

Is it supposed to be that way, or did i get a dud?

I did find the labels DVD contact and sent them a message. It is inexpensive for DVD but the product is defective. Please send them a message as well. They replied that they are looking into the problem. But that was 2 weeks ago. here is the e-mail address:

Seriously.. why is it that only the hollywood produced dvd's are the only ones they even TRIED to have quality control over..
I honestly think all my band dvd's have something wrong with them.. Pumpkins, rammstein, opeth.. noone bothered putting track marks in type o... PFFT!!!!!
