Physically yes, so that's sth. Regarding the other problem, a friend recommended St. John's wort pills; they might help me to get over these weird depressive moods that I fall into every couple of months... We'll see if that helps.

Yep, the pills are 100% herbal. I wouldn't want to feed any chemicals to my body.
