Got my ticket. Only wish Steve Grimmett was still singing.
the album with Grimmett was by FAR their worst (by that I mean the ONLY bad album they ever did)....the only album of theirs I can't listen to. I'm a HUGE Onslaught fan. They are in my top 10 favorite bands of all time
Damned !! I saw this post and immediately thought of Grimmett !!! What a monster singer.

Grimmett is actually in a band with some of the "In Search of Sanity" guys called The Sanity Days.

In a perfect world, In Search of Sanity would replace Onslaught on the upcoming tour![]()
Are you freakin' kidding me?? Saw Onslaught here on their last tour. They were killer. Sy's vocals are incredibly powerful- granted not for the prog/power faithful maybe but he's unique and can even still hit the high pitched wails of the earlier 80's material. Onslaught fuckin" rules!! Saw Grimmett on the latest U.S. outing and while he's still good, he's no longer great imo, not live anyway....
THIS . I love Grim Reaper and I love Onslaught. Onslaught is a thrash band. Grimmett is not a thrash vocalist. I will be at the Brooklyn show for this tour and they will tear it up!

I think you mean in a perfect freaking nightmare...:Smokedev:
Well, if one is predisposed to primarily thrash then yep.ISOS elevated Onslaught to a new level. Pity Grimmett quit.

Glad someone agrees with me. I figured I would get massacred here for my opinion. I am a thrashman first and foremost!!
I STRONGLY disagree with that assessment.
