Opeth Morningrise scales

i don't know if someone asked this first but i want to know which scales did opeth use in morningrise...

Opeth uses E phrygian a LOT, it has that more "sinister" sound because of lowered second(and theb modulate into A minor and G major), of course with a lot of chromatics and weird chords added aswell(ie chord root notes follow the scale but the entire chrods stay parallel)
