Google has a huge chunk of the archives in their cache. Just do a search for metal-archives [band] [release], then click cached, and you'll probably find what you're looking for.

Opeth's site says November 20th so I'm going by that.

I didn't see it in any store this week.

October 22 was a Monday too and new releases are on Tuesday

What's not to like about the set. It's a step ahead from Lamentations (which I still like).

From what I've heard, it sounds like they changed the songs. The guitar and bass parts on Face of Melinda are played differently. Could be interesting if they did that in all the songs

Don't get your hopes up. The Moor has only been played live a handful of times. From what I've heard Mikael says it's hard to duplicate live along w/ Moonlapse Vertigo which is another AMAZING song.
I don't see why Mike and Fredrik couldn't pull it off.

I agree. I'm not at all a fan of live CDs with a few VERY rare exceptions, yet I LOVE live DVDs. I have quite a little collection of those.

I do have the Therion DVD. It has a decent live show on the first DVD, but it's intimidating with 4 DVDs. Too much boring shit, but I have not made it through near everything yet.
