Try star500.com. They've got a few. And also just try online stores like cdnow.com, etc. They'll have a few as well.
Actually there 're loads of tees there but it's a US site, i'm not willing to pay one more t-shirt just for shiping charges. And besides that...

They're France-based, but they ship to England no problems, you can pay in £££s as well. I got Still Life Still Death from there, it came quite quickly as well.
EDIT: They don't do Orchid or Morningrise though, at least they didn't the last time I checked.

I got my shirt from ebay... there seem to be alot of em coming around as it's near Christmas time.

Try metaldisc. I got Still Life and BWP from them. just www.metaldisc.com. Very reliable. I've ordered stuff from them for years.
Yeah eBay is actually a really good place to get them from. I haven't got an Opeth one off there yet, I only have my Still Life hoody so far which I got from a local store but I'll probably buy an Opeth shirt off eBay at some point since the majority of them are reasonably priced.
