Orange Goblin - Back from the Abyss

While not my typical diet of technical progress metal, Orange Goblin really strikes a chord (ouch - bad pun) with me. Their music is just so raw, spontaneous and unpolished - sort of like drinking a great beer after sipping too many California cabernets. The Goblin is back with a new album "Back from the Abyss" and if the entire CD is anything like the link below, then it is going to be a good one.

I really enjoyed their last album. However, they so disappointed me live that I haven't felt any need to check out the new record. How does it compare to the last one?

Yeah, Eulogy for the Damned was the point i finally got on board w/ this band & holy shit I was very happy to dive into the fray ! Have heard a cut or 2 from this album & so far I like what i hear.
